Moldovan judges' association appeals to politicians to refrain from statements that can undermine public confidence in the judicial system
The Judges' Association of Moldova has appealed to the political class to refrain from making statements that can undermine public confidence in the judicial system. This is the reaction of the magistrates to the statements made on Monday, August 14, by Prime Minister Dorin Recean, who requested a report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the judges who have examined criminal cases filed against drivers caught driving under the influence of alcohol.
